As a licensed securities dealer and a trading member of the Ethiopian Securities Exchange, we execute buy and sell orders in listed shares on behalf of institutional and retail clients. Every order is routed to the exchange under our best execution policy, and every trade settles through the Central Securities Depository against your own securities account.
Our dealers work the order rather than simply placing it. For larger positions that would move a thin order book, we will discuss timing and sizing with you before we go to market, so that the execution price reflects genuine demand rather than the footprint of your own trade.
You receive a contract note for every executed order, and a periodic statement of your holdings and cash. Nothing is deducted that was not disclosed to you in writing before you traded.
