Services
What a dealer licence lets us do for you
We act for clients and we stand in the market ourselves. That combination: agency execution plus committed capital: is what distinguishes a securities dealer from a pure agency broker.
Equities Dealing
Execution of buy and sell orders in listed Ethiopian equities for institutional and retail clients.
- Best execution. Orders are worked for price, speed and likelihood of completion under a documented policy you can read in full.
- Segregated settlement. Client securities settle to your own CSD account. Client money is held separately from the firm's own funds.
- Contract notes on every trade. Written confirmation of price, quantity, commission and settlement date: issued for each executed order.
Fixed Income Securities
Dealing in government bonds, corporate bonds, municipal securities and other fixed income instruments.
- Yield-first quoting. Every price is shown with its yield to maturity so you can compare instruments on the basis that actually matters.
- Duration and credit framing. We set out the interest rate and credit risk of an instrument before you buy, in plain language.
- Portfolio laddering. Maturity ladders built around an institution's own liability and cash flow schedule.
Proprietary Dealing & Market Making
Dealing on our own account to improve on-exchange liquidity and support continuous price discovery.
- Two-way prices. We commit our own capital as both buyer and seller, so there is a price available when you need one.
- Tighter spreads. Continuous quoting narrows the gap between bid and offer, lowering the real cost of trading for everyone.
- Client priority. Proprietary activity is separated from client order handling. Client orders are never subordinated to the firm's book.
Market Research & Insights
Market reports, company notes and technical analysis to inform your investment decisions.
- Daily and periodic market reports. Price, volume and breadth across the exchange, summarised for people who do not watch the screen all day.
- Company and sector notes. Fundamental analysis of listed and prospective issuers, with our assumptions stated openly.
- Disclosed interests. Where the firm holds a position in a security we cover, that holding is disclosed within the note.
